COM Orders
Your Material. Our Craftsmanship.
Sometimes the right textile begins beyond our fabric library. Our Customer's Own Material program allows designers and retail partners to apply an approved fabric to select special-order upholstery, creating a piece tailored to the room's palette, texture and point of view.
Each submitted material is reviewed for suitability, yardage and application before being paired with the selected frame and crafted in North Carolina.
To Submit an Order:

Download and complete the COM form.

Email the completed form, along with your purchase order,
to Customer service at domesticwhseorders@universalfurniture.com.
COM orders cannot be made via the B2B Storefront. COM orders will take a minimum of
10 weeks upon receiving your fabric.
